DISNEY WORLD!!!
Last weekend we went to Disney World! We've been wanting to take Abby since she's been better and this was the perfect time of year. Abby was so very cute and her genuine happiness to just be there was such a joy to share. She only had about two meltdowns (one on the flying dumbo's!) and was very good. We look forward to going again soon and taking her to Epcot!

Say Cheese... or anything that resembles a smile!
By this time, Abby was just about OVER having pictures taken. She was just so cute and overwhelmed with her elfish grin and I was wanting to capture it all. If you only knew how MANY times we tried to get a "family photo" with her SMILING... this picture would be all the more beautiful!
Abby loved the castle! It was her favorite part of Disney, until she rode Splash Mountain (my adventure girl!). She kept wanting to go inside and see Cinderella. It was hard trying to explain to her that we couldn't just go in and find her. After all, I'd been telling her Cinderella lived there! She was so patient though and was content to just see it all the time.
It's a small world after all, it's a small world after all. It's a small world after all. It's a small, small world. It's a small world after all. It's a small world after all. It's a small world after all. It's a small, small world. It's a small world...
(my favorite part of this "classic" ride is all the amazing color!)
It's "The" Mary Poppins!
This was very cool. We'd just had girl's night and watched Mary Poppins and there she was, on our carousel! Abby kept calling her, "Mary Poppins..." in her cute voice and Ms. Mary would look and Abby would wave. Abby would call and Mary would look and Abby would wave. Abby would call and Mary... you get the picture. It was precious and Ms. Mary was very gracious and just kept looking and waving and smiling.

The kids go marching one by one...
hoorah, hoorah!
Abby's school had a Halloween Parade where all the classes marched around the parking lot as doting parents waved and cheered. It was so cute. Each grades teachers all dressed up and the kindergarten teachers were desperate housewives... they had on robes, no makeup (daring) and had towels on their heads! The Monster Mash and Ghost Busters
were two of the background songs. Very cute!
